You know that we’re pretty strong proponents of tight integrations between finance systems.
After all, finance technology is great. But if the various solutions aren’t “talking” to each other, then you’re missing out on a great opportunity for accuracy, efficiency—and ultimately—more working capital.
When BAASS invited us to their company barbecue to unveil the BAASS Bridge for Sage 300 and Nexonia, we had to join.
Great companies think alike
We’ve had the good fortune of working with BAASS since 2015, offering their Sage customers a highly-configurable time and expense solution. BAASS has dedicated the past 30 years to helping organizations leverage technology to improve business processes. And their customer-centric approach is the perfect match for us.
Today, BAASS has 23 offices across North America and the Caribbean, with over 150 dedicated business analysts ready to help support ERP, CRM, and cloud accounting solutions.
Building bridges for finance
While the barbecue brought us to the event, the real focus was unveiling the BAASS Bridge for Sage 300 with Nexonia. The tool was developed in partnership with Nexonia to quickly and easily integrate expenses with Sage 300. While we have an award-winning integration with Sage Intacct, having a direct connection to Sage 300 will be invaluable for BAASS customers.
The integration completely removes the need to key individual employee expenses into Sage, or manually format a CSV file from Nexonia. Every employee expense is automatically uploaded to Sage as either an AP transaction or GL-coded expense—perfectly coded to match your finance team’s preference.
Senior Account Executive Sandra Gelb and Account Executive Anton Rueda joined Senior Alliances Manager Warren Wong to meet with the BAASS team. They enjoyed burgers, hot dogs, and great conversations with their team about the power behind Nexonia solutions. The team at BAASS are thrilled to offer this new integration, so their customers can streamline their time and expense management.
And since we appreciate all the effort BAASS put in to make this launch a success, we had to return the favor. So we brought in an ice cream truck to really set the mood. There’s something about adding a sweet icy treat to a gathering that screams summer barbecue!
We’re already looking forward to seeing the team again at BAASS Connect 2019 in Burlington; London; and Toronto; Ontario, Canada this November. Check out the event and be sure to attend if you can, early-bird ticket prices end September 30th.Back to Blog
