It is now available as a free download from the Apple App Store and in the Android Marketplace. All transactions will synchronize with Nexonia's full web-based expense management solution which also includes:

  • receipt imaging through personal uploading or 1-800 fax integration
  • automated PDF creation, including receipts
  • integrated e-mail notifications and reminders
  • flexible workflow configuration
  • excellent reporting engine (HTML, PDF, CSV and XML)

Fees
The first 30 days are free for new customers. A fee of $15 USD per month, per user will then apply, payable by credit card. This includes access to Nexonia's expense management solution on the iPhone, the full version on the web site and customer service support. Volume subscription discounts apply to corporate accounts. You can cancel at any time.

You can get started right away after downloading Nexonia Expenses for your mobile device. Administering all features for a complex organization is done through a web browser. Even a large organization can be up and running in very little time. Nexonia is fully hosted, managed and backed up.
