Seamless & professional integration with your client's accounting data

There are three simple parts to our Nexonia Partner Program (NPP):

  1. It's seamless.
  2. We pay commissions.
  3. We respect and support your client relationships.

Our seamless integration is with NetSuite, QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop integration is accomplished via the QuickBooks Web Connector (QWC) and setup takes 60 minutes or less. QuickBooks Online integration setup takes 30 minutes or less. NetSuite integration takes 60 minutes or less. Complete configuration synchronization and expense and time transfer for QuickBooks with the click of single buttons (and even scheduled and automated). NetSuite configuration sync and expense transfer (timesheets not yet available) is also fully automated. We also work with many other accounting systems (see our home page for a full list) and we're happy to work with you on any unique situations you might have.

We work with you and your customers to ensure you have all the support you need and we're quite happy to do all the integration setup work if you like.

Our commission structure has 5 simple parts:

  1. You have to tell us about the potential customer before they sign up (the signup of which we typically do in concert with you) OR they use an Offer Code (e.g. "XYZABC") that we provide you (once you're in the program) as part of their signup process.
  2. We pay 20% of revenue on customer subscriptions for the first two years the customer is active. Our setup and training fees are not part of this commission program and your firm is welcome to do them instead of us if you like. We bill customers quarterly or charge their credit card monthly, and we pay within 30 days of the customer paying us.
  3. We ask that you provide a link on your website back to www.nexonia.com.
  4. Should there be a change in majority ownership of Nexonia, Nexonia and/or the acquiring company can terminate the relationship at any time and pay the remaining commission, up to a maximum of three month's commission, within 30 days of notice of the termination (via e-mail, fax or letter) based on the most recent customer billing.
  5. Should there be no change in majority ownership of Nexonia, Nexonia can terminate the relationship at any time and pay the remaining commission, up to a maximum of six month's commission, within 30 days of notice of the termination (via e-mail, fax or letter) based on the most recent customer billing.
