As of tomorrow morning (well, actually tonight), we've enabled integration with Shoeboxed (http://www.shoeboxed.com). Shoeboxed is a service whereby individuals or businesses can subscribe to their service and have Shoeboxed take care of your receipts. You can literally mail them a shoebox of receipts and they will scan them, categorize them and retrieve the receipt amounts and dates. Shoeboxed has a number of individual and business account options.

Within Nexonia a user would turn on the Shoeboxed integration (the company first has to decide whether the employees should be allowed to use Shoeboxed as it's turned off for all existing Nexonia customers) and then beside "Add Expense Item" will be a second link called "Add from Shoeboxed". Once the user clicks on the link he/she will be asked to authenticate with their Shoeboxed account and then a list of all unused receipts is presented to the user. Not only will Nexonia retrieve the dates and amounts automatically, we'll also bring in the receipt images automatically!

To turn on this feature for the company you administer, the setting is at Setup > Company > Features > Edit > Shoeboxed Access Enabled. It still requires each user to enable it for their own use at Setup > Personal > General > Edit > Access receipts on Shoeboxed. From that point on it's as described above.
